Grant is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rogh Global Nigeria Limited based in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Innovazing, which provides innovative workshops to entrepreneurs, innovators, and change-makers globally. Grant has over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur as well as in the government and private sector.
Grant has a unique ability to help executives and managers experience breakthroughs in their mindset that lead to results in action. Top innovators and executives have engaged with Grant to optimize their relationships and maximize their leadership impact, particularly through executive coaching.

Executive Director and Design Manager
Jokotade is an Executive Director with Rogh Global Company Limited, Lagos Nigeria. She is also the CEO of PERIDOT ‘N’ PINK Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. For over a decade, Jokotade have remained passionate and excited about building client relationships and working to unleash her management and creativity skillset while providing a unique set of design challenges to clients all over the globe.
She has worked in the banking industry, specifically in the Legal and Corporate Affairs Departments in banking having graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University and the Nigerian Law school with a degree in Law. Jokotade also received certifications on Light, Color and Space management from the Institute of Interior Design, Chicago. She spent a year abroad studying at the institute. Her passion and creativity is frequently praised by numerous people who admired watching her ideas and designs come to life.
Marketing Manager
Elvira is the marketing manager with Rogh Global Service Limited. She is responsible for the global marketing operations in Nigeria and the US. She is a graduate in Business Management with a concentration in International Marketing. She is multilingual and fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish, and Turkish. She enjoys traveling and has a passion for nature and animals.
Comapny Secretary
Promise is the Company Secretary with Rogh Global Company Limited Abuja, Nigeria. She graduated from the University of Benin and the Nigerian Law school with a degree in Law. Her expertise are in real estate and cooperate law. She enjoys singing and traveling with her family during her free time away from work.
Diversity & Inclusion Expert and Consultant
Anita Nahal, Ph.D, Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), is a Historian, Professor, Administrator, Diversity & Inclusion and Unconscious Bias Practitioner, Poet, Flash Fiction Writer, and Author.
Currently, Nahal is an Adjunct Professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington DC. Some of Nahal’s former positions include: Mellon Fellowship Program Administrator, Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture; Assistant Provost for International Programs, Howard University, Washington D.C.; Visiting Associate Professor of History at the State University of New York at Binghamton, New York; and Associate Professor of History, Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, India.
She has been a Visiting Scholar, Beatrice Bain Research Group on Gender, University of California at Berkeley, Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence, State University of New York at Binghamton, and an NEH Summer Seminar Award winner. Besides two academic books, Nahal has one book of poems (Initiations – 1988), three children’s books, and over thirty articles in journals and blogs. She writes periodically on LinkedIn. Nahal’s most recent data-oriented study on Ethnic and Cultural Diversity at HBCUs was published as a chapter in a book in 2015.
Her recent poems and flash fiction can be found in Aberration Labyrinth, Better Than Starbucks, Confluence, aaduna, River Poets Journal, and Colere. She received an Honorable Mention in the Concrete Wolf 2017 chapbook competition. Nahal is working on her first novella, and a collection of flash fiction. Nahal is the daughter of well-known Indian novelist, Chaman Nahal, and an educationist, Sudarshna Nahal.
